Habit stacking means pairing chiropractic care with simple, supportive habits you’re likely already doing:

Routines aren’t about being rigid or controlling. They're more about helping our brains and bodies feel safe.

When the body knows what to expect, it can shift out of stress mode and into regulation mode. That’s when we often see improvements in sleep, behavior, digestion, focus, and overall resilience. We often receive testimonies of better anxiety levels from patients following care recommendations!

More intense isn’t always better.

When the nervous system is already stressed, gentle and supportive movement often helps more than pushing harder.

Walking, stretching, breath-led movement - these support regulation first, which allows strength to follow. Stack these habits with your care plan recommedations. As you begin to feel your capacity grow, then you can add more. Regular adjustments = regulated nervous system + healthy spine. Supportive movements/actions + regular chiropractic care = increase in capacity to do more!

We introduced Dr. Bre a while ago but let's take more time to get to know her!

Fun facts about Dr. Bre:
- she played college basketball and her position was shooting guard
- she has an Australian Shepherd named Finley (pictured)
- she loves going to her camp in the Adirondacks
- her chiropractic journey started at Cestaro Chiropractic with Dr. Nicole!
- she officially graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences with her Doctorate in Chiropractic in December!
