It’s okay to love the holidays and still struggle through them.
It’s also okay to not love the holidays and still find moments of joy.
The holidays don’t look the same for everyone — and that’s okay.
For many mamas, this season holds both warmth and weight.
Gathering with family can be beautiful… and it can also be stressful, complicated, or overwhelming.
You may be missing loved ones.
You may fear being judged or misunderstood.
You may even feel exhausted before the celebration even begins.
This year, we had three Christmas parties in one day, swim practice squeezed in, and a babysitter scramble for a no kids allowed (boo) event. It was a lot. We had to make a lot of compromises to make it through the day. And I was so grateful when it was over and we could simply be home — relaxing together as a family.
If this season feels like a lot, pause with me.
Hand over heart.
Take a deep breath in.
Release slowly.
Repeat until calm.
This is Intentional Balance — the second pillar of my program Loving Life & Motherhood. It’s about staying present and grounded even when life is full, loud, and demanding.

You don’t have to carry this season alone. I’ve got you, mama 🤍
