Introducing our newest support group: Adult, Autistic & Thriving.

This group is designed for neurodivergent adults who want community, understanding, and a space shaped for, not against, the way their minds work.

Bi-weekly in-person meetings will focus on personal growth, shared experiences, and building connections with others on the autism spectrum. Later on, monthly outdoor outings will be added to support well-being in nature.
If you’ve ever felt like the world wasn’t built for you, we hope this group helps you find a space where you truly fit.

We are continuing our "What Is Your Safe Space?" campaign by sharing a few interviews we captured earlier this fall at the Inner Harbor run.
Even though some time has passed, the answers are still just as meaningful. They remind us that everyone carries their own version of safety, support, and grounding.
Swipe through to hear what “safe space” means to members of our community.
If you want to share yours, whether it is a short video, a photo, or a message, you can send it to us anytime. We would love to include it.

Breaking the stigma around men’s mental health begins with small moments of connection.

Check in with the men in your life, listen with care, and remind them that they do not have to go through things alone.

Our Invictus Men’s Group at Safe Space CNY creates a space for men to come together, share openly, and build community through honesty and support. Healing happens when we show up for ourselves and for each other.

Let’s keep the conversation going.

November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.
This month, we’re creating space for honest conversations and support that reminds us nobody should have to carry it alone.

We’re excited to launch our new campaign: “What Is Your Safe Space?”

Each Wednesday, we will share an interview with a local community member who tells us what their safe space looks and feels like. These stories offer a glimpse into the places, people, and practices that make them feel grounded and connected.

We’re starting off with an interview from the Inner Harbor Run, where we asked participants to share what their safe space means to them.
Stay tuned every week to discover what “safe space” means to different members of our community and reflect on what it means to you.

If you’d like to be featured, feel free to message us with a short video explaining what your safe space is. We would love to share your story.

Safe Space CNY was honored to attend the CNY Youth Mental Health Summit, a day filled with connection, inspiration, and honest conversations about youth wellness.
The theme “Strength in Every Voice” reminded us that young people are not just the future. They are the now.
Thank you to and everyone who helped create such a meaningful space, and for having Safe Space CNY be part of it.
