Meet Barb! One of the friendly faces our patients see right from the start. As a medical assistant, she’s often the one calling you back—and her calm, soft-spoken nature instantly puts patients at ease.

Don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you—Barb is a strong advocate behind the scenes, working tirelessly with insurance companies to secure prior authorizations and ensure our patients get the medications they need.

Since joining our team in 2021, Barb has consistently gone above and beyond. She’s always ready to jump in and help wherever needed—no questions asked.

Outside of the office, Barb enjoys traveling, soaking up sunshine and warm weather, savoring a great steak, and most importantly, spending time with her four grandkids.

We’re so lucky to have her on our team—and our patients feel the same way.

🌳 TREE ALLERGY SEASON IS HERE

Tree pollen is one of the first triggers of spring allergies in Upstate New York.

🌿 Common tree allergens:

Oak • Birch • Maple • Ash

🤧 Symptoms may include:
• Sneezing
• Runny or stuffy nose
• Itchy, watery eyes
• Post-nasal drip

💡 Tips to reduce symptoms:
• Keep windows closed during high pollen days
• Shower/change clothes after being outdoors
• Use allergy medications as directed
• Check daily pollen counts

If you’ve visited our office for asthma care, chances are you’ve met Linda, our Respiratory Therapist!

Linda has been part of our team since 2011, bringing incredible energy, compassion, and expertise to our asthma patients every single day. She has a true passion for learning and continues to love what she does — and it shows in the care she provides.

Outside the office, Linda enjoys cooking (her Mediterranean dishes are amazing!), creating art 🎨, playing the violin 🎻, spending time in nature, and being a friend to everyone she meets.

We are so grateful for Linda’s dedication, kindness, and the positive impact she makes in our patients’ lives every day. 💙
