Today marks ten years since I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage!
I'm so grateful to have had such wonderful classmates and teachers during my time there and to all my amazing clients I've gotten to work with since then.

This week marks Every Body Deserves Massage Week. You all deserve massages, but I can only offer one free session at this time. It's simple to let me know you want a 60-minute massage plus an add-on (check my service menu post for what those include) at my office. Just send me a message via facebook or instagram, email connectedbodyworks@gmail.com, send a text or leave a voicemail at 315-439-4212. Tell me your name and the best way to contact you. You can also nominate someone else!
Sharing this post with others is really nice but not required to enter.
Winner will be chosen this Sunday and session must be scheduled within 3 weeks. Winner will be notified in the same manner they enter from the same account (dm, text, etc).

I hope to be able to offer more free sessions in the future, so tell me you're interested now to get contacted then.
