Personalized bodywork to impact the nervous system, muscles, connective tissues, and whole self. I offer integrated massage therapy and reiki in Syracuse. I enjoy mixing a variety of massage and energy techniques to reduce physical and mental tension and promote total wellness for each person. I can travel to your location in the area to provide table massage sessions, chair massage for your gathering, or reiki treatments. My training:
March 2014, completed Usui Reiki levels 1 and 2 training
May 2014, completed B.S. degree in Community Health at SUNY Cortland
November 2014, completed Usui Reiki level 3 and 4 classes to become a Reiki Master/Teacher
December 2015, completed Certificate in Massage and Hydro Therapy at Finger Lakes School of Massage
March 2016, received NYS License in Massage Therapy
2016-2024 continuing massage and health related training, with most continuing education in Shiatsu and Rosen Method modalities
