Is everything worth a response ? No.
It is not. 🤯
When someone in your life messages you or says something hurtful/ inappropriate / disrepectful or that triggers something within , you actually don’t need to respond at all.

Messages that are negative in nature say more about the other person, their mindset, their behavior and their overall mental health than it actually does about you.

By CHOOSING not to respond , you not only take your own power back from that person, you are gracious, you are teaching your brain patience, and you practice the pause and regulating your own body, emotions and nervous system.

This is NOT easy, especially when it’s easier to react to the pain 🤍 ….but i believe you can practice to make progress. 🙌🏽

Meet Dennis! He initially came in to see us at after he noticed neck tension and pain. Although a bit nervous of chiropractic care at first , he took a leap of faith, started with a complete examination, report of findings and followed a care plan upon Dr. Mazzara’s recommendations…..he has seen amazing results and feels great! We are continuing to work on elevating his health to the next level.
Our practice philosophy is to get to the root of the health issues for each patient and correct the problem….once we have our health, everything opens up in life ☺️

Your head weighs about 10–12 pounds, but when it moves forward just a couple inches, the stress on the neck can increase to 30–40 pounds.
