Center for Sound & Ceremony has officially welcomed 17 beautiful new bolsters into our sacred space. And if you couldn’t have guessed…. They are our favorite color….Pink!

Because when you come to journey with us — whether it’s a Sound Bath, Cacao Ceremony, Full Moon gathering, or Shamanic immersion — we want your body to feel as supported as your spirit.

✨ 1/11 Manifestation Gateway ✨

Today we step into the 1/11 Gateway—a powerful energetic threshold where intention meets initiation. In numerology, 1 is the number of beginnings, creation, and self-leadership. When doubled and mirrored as 1/11, it becomes a portal for alignment, clarity, and conscious manifestation.

This is a day to set the tone for what you are building, not through force—but through frequency. What you hold in your awareness today is amplified. What you choose with intention can echo far beyond this moment.

At Center for Sound, we honor gateways like this as moments to pause, listen inward, and consciously tune ourselves to the future we are calling in.

✨ 1/11 Gateway Manifestation Practice ✨

You can do this anytime today (5–10 minutes):

1- Ground
Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Take 3 slow breaths, exhaling longer than you inhale.

2- Clear the Channel
Silently or aloud say:
“I release noise, doubt, and old timelines that no longer serve me.”

3- Activate the Gateway
Visualize a soft column of light opening in front of you—gentle, luminous, and welcoming. This is your 1/11 portal.

4- Name the Frequency (not the outcome)
Instead of listing things, speak how you want to feel this year (peaceful, supported, inspired, embodied, free, creative, secure).
Let those feelings fill your body first.

5- Seal with Sound or Breath
Hum, sigh, or tone softly for 3 breaths. Let vibration anchor the intention into your nervous system.

6- Close with Trust
Whisper:
“I am aligned. I receive. I allow.”

✨ This gateway is subtle but powerful.
✨ It favors clarity over urgency.
✨ Presence over pushing.
