Sometimes we don’t always see the full impact of the work we do but moments like this remind me why I keep going. I recently received a message that truly touched my heart.That meant everything to hear. Not because of recognition but because it confirms that the safe spaces, the listening, the encouragement, and the heart-centered work is making a difference.This is why I continue to move forward.This is why I show up even when things are uncertain. Impact isn't always measured in numbers. Sometimes it's measured in healing.In someone feeling seen. In someone getting through a tough season. And that alone is everything Thank you to everyone who trusts me, supports me, and allows me to walk alongside you in your journey. ❤️

Lets be real, most of us did not know for many year or dont know now how to identify being "overwhelmed". Lately, it feels like everyone I know, s**t ... myself included, we are all human, okay, but have been carrying so much. Showing up 100% for family. For work. For the world. Trying to hold it all together while the weight of everything feels heavy. It’s not just us. It’s everyone right now.
