GR8 KIDZ Summer Camp and After School-Syracuse is being recognized as a CenterState CEO Business of the Year Awards finalist in the Minority-owned Business category, in partnership with the Upstate Minority Economic Alliance, for its impact in youth development. Over the past decade, the organization has served more than 3,000 children across Central New York through afterschool programs, camps and enrichment activities.

In 2025, GR8 Kidz expanded its workforce and continued its growth while maintaining strong customer retention and community engagement. With the launch of GR8 Kidz Thrive Inc. in 2026, the organization is expanding access to programming in schools and underserved communities. 🧒

While it rains outside, our Kindergarten & 1st graders are flying through obstacles, laughing, pushing themselves, and bringing nonstop energy to the floor.

You would never know it was gloomy out — the smiles, the movement, and the excitement completely took over.

We are incredibly excited to share some amazing news with our community! 🎉

Through our GR8 Kidz Parents Night Out Fundraisers, we raised and donated $2,715 to local school Parent Teacher Organizations during the 2025–2026 school year.

We also had the opportunity to host a special event for Cub Scout Pack #173 where we raised and donated an additional $195!

All together, that brings us to an incredible $2,910 raised this school year to support the kids and families in our community!

These nights are about more than just fun for the kids — they are about supporting the incredible work that our local PTA and PTO organizations and community groups do for their schools, families, and students every day.

At GR8 Kidz, we are proud to host these events where 100% of the proceeds go directly back to the organizations we partner with to help fund programs, activities, and opportunities.

This year we had the honor of hosting these fundraising events for the following schools:
Onondaga Road Elementary School PTA, Split Rock PTO, Stonehedge Elementary PTA, East Hill Elementary School PTA, Long Branch Elementary PTCO, and WEST Parent Organization!!!!!

Thank you to all the families who participated and supported these events. Together we are helping strengthen our schools and our community. 💙💚
