CEO of AccessCNY (Paul Joslyn) and CEO of Arc of Onondaga (Ellen Gutmaker) recently sat down with syracuse.com to address the urgent need for funding toward sustaining our workforce of Direct Support Professionals, whom agencies like our own would not survive without. In the coming weeks, Governor Kathy Hochul will make a decision regarding the state budget and inflationary increases and we are hopeful New York State will choose to !
