March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month đź’š

At Upstate Golisano, physical therapists support families through Purposeful Play Bags, using everyday activities like tummy time and play to encourage movement, communication and growth during this critical stage.

Cerebral palsy affects movement and posture and can develop before, during or after birth, or due to genetic changes. While there is no cure, early diagnosis and intervention can make a meaningful difference in a child’s development and overall well-being.

Thank you to our physical therapists for helping children and families grow, learn and thrive!
