Here’s to a little laughter, a fresh start to spring, and finding your stasis 🌊💙

There is a lot of pressure to always be improving, always moving forward.
But growth does not have to come at the cost of being kind to yourself.

Taking time to rest, reset, and simply be is part of the process too.
A float session is one of the simplest ways to give yourself that space.

You can be both at the same time. 🌊💙

Sleep issues often come back to one thing. An overstimulated system that never fully winds down. Floating helps shift that.

By reducing sensory input and calming the nervous system, your body can move into a deeper state of relaxation. Many guests notice they fall asleep easier, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling more rested after their sessions.

It is a simple and natural way to support better sleep without forcing it.

Thank you for the kind words, John. We're glad you were able to find a moment to step away and relax! Looking forward to having you back to try the Salt Room soon. 🌊💙

Here's John's full review:
"Was a very nice gift to give yourself for relaxing from this crazy world. Did a 90 min which was plenty long enough to escape.
Going to do the salt treatment next"

When everything speeds up, your body needs the opposite. Stillness is where the reset begins. 🌊💙

March Float Notes Are Here🌿 Winter may be loosening its grip, but if your sinuses are still feeling the aftermath of cold season, you are not alone. This month’s Float Notes touches on something we saw a lot of guests turning to this winter… our Salt Room.

🧂 Halo Therapy and breathing easier. We had a great turnout of both kids and adults looking for relief from congestion, allergies, and lingering winter sniffles. Halo therapy is actually pretty simple. Pharmaceutical grade salt is milled into micro particles and dispersed into the air where it can be breathed deep into the respiratory system.

In a way, it’s like a dry Neti pot… just without leaning over the sink.

🎶 Stasis Sound returns March 13th. Join wonderful human and health coach Allison Graff for our monthly Salt Room sound meditation experience. It’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, settle the mind, and reconnect with a moment of calm.

Stress is not just mental. It lives in the body.

When you enter the float tank, sensory input drops dramatically. No screens. No noise. No pressure from gravity. This shift allows cortisol levels to decrease and the nervous system to move out of fight or flight and into a calmer, restorative state.

Many guests describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded after a session. Some notice better sleep. Others experience improved focus. The common thread is that the body finally gets the signal that it is safe to relax.

If stress has been building, floating may be the reset your system has been waiting for. 🌊💙

"Oh my goodness...I absolutely love this place...I am addicted to floating...trying to get some of my siblings to get into it! I buy special floating deals and give them to others...thank you. Thank you for this little slice of heaven!.. Kathy"

Thank you for helping spread the word and for being such a wonderful part of our community. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next relaxing session soon. 🌊💙

Modern life keeps most of us in a constant state of stimulation. Notifications, responsibilities, noise, and pressure add up. Over time, the nervous system rarely gets the signal that it is safe to fully relax.

Floating changes that.

Inside the float tank, gravity is reduced, sensory input drops, and your body shifts out of fight or flight and into a deeper state of rest. Muscles release. Breathing slows. The mind settles. These are the exact conditions your nervous system has been waiting for.

And like any wellness practice, the benefits build over time.

Our members and frequent floaters often experience the greatest results because the effects are cumulative. Regular sessions reinforce that relaxed baseline, making it easier to recover from stress, manage tension, and return to balance more quickly.

One float can reset you.
Consistent floating can recalibrate you. 🌊💙

Cold weather often means more time indoors, recycled air, and an increase in dust, dryness, and seasonal irritation. That combination can leave many people dealing with congestion, sinus pressure, and stubborn respiratory discomfort.

Halo Therapy works by dispersing microscopic salt particles into the air. As you relax in the Salt Room, these particles are inhaled into the respiratory system where they help thin mucus, calm inflammation, and support the clearing of allergens and pollutants.

Guests frequently tell us they notice easier breathing, clearer sinuses, and a refreshing sense of relief after their sessions. It is a natural, drug free way to give your lungs a little extra support during the winter months.

Breathe deep and let the salt do the work. 🌬️💙
