Thank you Teresa for a wonderful class and thank you to the dedication of this wonderful group who worked hard to improve their critical thinking and assessment skills for our trauma patients!

Upstate Nursing Education recently hosted another successful Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) on April 15–16, 2026!

This two-day course strengthened trauma assessment, critical thinking, and evidence-based care through hands-on learning and real-world scenarios.

Thank you to our instructors, Lauren Kaul and Jessica Tanner, and all participants for their dedication. Special thanks to Teresa Burke for leading the course.

From inspiring sessions to meaningful collaboration, our team has gained valuable insights to bring back and elevate education for our staff and patients.

Upstate proudly conducted another successful Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)!

Over two days (March 25–26, 2026), Upstate nurses participated in this nationally recognized course designed to strengthen trauma assessment, critical thinking, and lifesaving interventions.

This course combines hands-on skills, evidence-based practice, and real-world application to ensure nurses are prepared to deliver high-quality trauma care when it matters most.
