Our Enchanted Wellness Retreat was truly enchanting! Surrounded by nature's autumn splendor, attendees tapped into their inner peace and connection. “Cowgirl Up” Empowerment Series kicked off Monday night! The group had a blast learning grounding techniques, square breath, and how to connect to horses. We discussed social pressures, and fears. Everyone found common humanity in being afraid of being judged. Together they worked towards finding acceptance within the herd! They were successful in connecting to their own center, and having the courage to meet and join the herd! At the end words that were used to describe their experience: nurturing, compassionate, calm, and relaxed! Week one was a success! ✨🐴❤️
