Tabor Commons - Assisted Living Tabor Commons is a newly refurbished community in Tabor City, North Carolina. This is a licensed Adult Care Facility.

This beautiful new facility is licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services as an Adult Care Facility. Upon arrival each resident in the community is designed their own patient-centered plan of care.Our team will then provide all the necessary assistance to ensure each individual in the community maintains the highest quality of living with the guidance of this care plan. Our goal is

to connect our residents with the community and their health care providers. This helps to ensure continuity of care across the entire healthcare spectrum.

One thing about our village they always come to brighten the day!!! Jessica, With LowerCapeFear Lifecare came through and brought staff breakfast from Chic-fil-a 🤩 & of course she didn’t leave anyone out… Residents love ice cream on a good sunny day and Mrs. Jessica provided just that. We all love and thank you and always enjoy your company!! ❤️

What a wonderful day here at Tabor Commons Assisted Living! Taking the summer out with a good old fashioned cookout brings out all the range of motions with smiles and laughter! The music, the weather, and the love was such an amazing fit for the event! The residents love outside activities that brings everyone outside on such a beautiful day! Thank you to all the Staff, Residents, and outside participators. Special thank you to Mr. Pugh and Mr. Grady for grilling hotdogs and hamburgers, frying fish, and fellowshipping with all of us here. Thank you too all of the support from LCFLC and Gentiva. They never miss a beat! Everyone who participated or just stopped by, we thank you greatly! The residents really enjoyed the day! A good day for them is a great day for us! 😊❤️

The residents had an enjoyable and relaxing time participating in the Sip & Paint event with Lower Cape Fear LifeCare assisted by Jessica! The residents were able to paint some rocks for some fabulous decor, along with some sweet hydration! The love they show all of our residents will never go unrecognized. We appreciate LCFLC and all their staff for everything they do for us and the residents! You all are AWESOME! 🤩

Jessica with Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, came out and put staff and residents in a Kentucky Derby!!! 🏅🏇 How special this was! We’re not sure who enjoyed it more?!!!
