Tabor Manor Care Center is a unique family-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Tabor, Iowa. We are proud to have been serving our community for nearly 40 years. We provide our residents with a homelike environment, good care, and rehabilitation. Our own loved ones are here at the healthcare facility, so we give everyone the kind of care we want our own family to experience. The moment you come through the front door, you’ll feel comfortable with our welcoming staff. You’ll discover an atmosphere of caring from the lovely interiors to the friendly residents and staff. This warm hospitality is the tradition upon which our reputation was built. Moving into a new environment can be both exciting and unsettling. Here at Tabor Manor, our team of professionals are available to assist you during your transition. You family’s quality of life and peace of mind are important to us. While some residents want solitude and reflection, others desire companionship and a desire to be as active as possible. Our staff supports their individual choice while striving to bring out their personal best.

Hello everyone we would love for you to join us THIS Sunday October 26, 2025 down here at Tabor Manor Care Center after you are done with the trick or treat on Main street.

Trick or treat on Main is from 4:30pm-6pm
Trick or Treat at the Manor is from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Our residents LOVE to see kids in their costumes and people from the community so please stop by and grab some candy!

As always we want to express our appreciation for your continued support for our programs and our residents you have no idea the light you bring to our residents faces!

**Family members if you would like to bring your loved one candy to hand out please have it here no later than Sunday as this is the ONLY day we do trick or treating at the Manor. **
