Motherhood is a transformative journey, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of cultural pressures that others might not understand. That’s why Integrated Therapy Services NW is offering a moms group specifically for Asian American moms- a space to come together, connect, and grow through shared experience.

Each week you’ll dive into topics that many people face but don’t always talk about:
- Cultural beliefs about motherhood and how they shape expectations
- Perinatal mood disorders in the AAPI community
- Self-compassion and mindfulness practices
- Family roles and setting boundaries
- And so much more!

The group starts in March of 2025 and will run Fridays, 11am -12:30pm at Integrated Therapy Services NW.

Integrated Therapy Services NW is offering a group to help children ages 8-13 develop social skills! This group is designed to help children improve their social skills, engage in conversation, and improve their self-confidence in social settings.

If you know a child who could benefit from learning to:
- Identify strengths and challenges of having friends and interacting with others
- Improve self-confidence in social settings
- Develop conversational skills for peer interactions
- Navigate social conflicts and problem solving
