Here are a few goals that you can do a soft start NOW versus waiting until January 1.

Actionable Today Resolutions for 2025 vs 2026:

Choose 1–3 specific, measurable (SMART) goals rather than a long list of lofty ones.

Health & Fitness:
Commit to 150 minutes of moderate movement per week (e.g., 30 mins, 5 days a week).
Strength train at least twice weekly to build endurance.
Hit a daily step goal of 8,000+ and track it with an app.
