Grit City Wellness is kicking off 2026 with a refreshed group class schedule, amazing new instructors, and even more opportunities to move, breathe, and feel your best.
Below is our updated line-up of classes, something for every body and every goal:
💪 Building Strength (60 mins)
Learn the foundations of resistance training with compound movements like hinge, squat, push, pull, and lunge. Perfect for beginners or returning lifters looking to rebuild strength and confidence.
🔥 Core Strength (30 mins)
Short, focused, and powerful. Strengthen your core to support posture, stability, and everyday movement. Easy to fit into any schedule.
🏋️ Flex & Fit (60 mins)
Mobility meets muscle building. Explore supersets, varied training techniques, and new equipment to expand your lifting toolbox and challenge your body in new ways.
⚡ HIIT (60 mins)
High Intensity Interval Training + strength = sweat, stamina, and serious results. All levels welcome in this supportive, high-energy class.
🌅 Morning Flow Yoga (60 mins)
Start your day grounded and clear. Gentle, intentional movement to connect with breath, regulate the nervous system, and meet yourself exactly where you are.
🧘♀️ Pilates Mat (60 mins)
Low-impact, focused movement using light resistance to build core strength, posture, and body awareness through precise, controlled exercises.
🌿 Qi Gong Tai Chi (60 mins)
Gentle, strengthening, and deeply calming. Cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace through these ancient moving meditation practices.
💤 Restorative Yoga (60 mins)
Slow, soothing, and deeply nourishing. Release tension, regulate your nervous system, and support recovery and sleep. Great for beginners or anyone returning from injury.
🔥 Vinyasa Yoga (60 mins)
Breath-led, flowing movement that builds heat, strength, and flexibility while fostering deep presence. Leave feeling aligned and recharged. All levels welcome.
🌙 Yin Yoga (60 mins)
Long, supported stretches held in stillness to release deep tension, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. The perfect way to end your day!
