🪑 Today’s challenge: Every hour, roll your shoulders back, lift your chin, and sit tall. Think of it as a mini reset for your body.

Good posture isn’t just about looking confident (though that’s a perk)—it’s about how your body functions:

✨ Improves breathing – an open chest and aligned spine let your lungs fully expand.

✨ Boosts circulation – less compression means better blood flow.

✨ Increases energy – better alignment reduces muscle strain and fatigue.

✨ Enhances mood & confidence – your body position influences how you feel and how others respond to you.

🌟 Pro Tip:

Set a reminder on your phone or smartwatch to do a posture check once an hour.

If you’re at a desk, adjust your chair height so your feet are flat, knees at 90°, and screen at eye level.

Combine posture checks with a deep breath for a double health boost.
