Tune Up Deal

It's been a while since some of your bodies have been in for a head-to-toe assessment and tune-up

I am opening my calendar again hoping to see some of you. I have limited my patient load since Thailand and have been working on functional fitness, corrective exercise science strategies and immune boosting and regenerative anti-aging procedures
Some considerations for your well-being:

Benefits of Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Strengthened Immune System
One of the main benefits of the lymph system is the removal of harmful waste and toxins from the body. For this to occur, lymph has to be flowing smoothly. If you’ve been getting sick more often lately, it could be your lymph nodes to blame. Try an MLD to improve your immunity and feel better.

More Energy
Many people report feeling more energy after a manual lymphatic drainage treatment. The professional movement of toxins in your system decreases lethargic circulation improving skin (largest organ...) texture and tone

Better Sleep
MLD reduces pain and stress to promote healing and better sleep

Resolved Sinus Issues!
This is the #1 issue lately (thanks Covid)
MLD is highly decongestive. When lymph is not flowing properly, you may experience sinus or allergy issues. Draining the lymph nodes that work with the sinuses can help get everything flowing smoothly again and offer some well-deserved relief. MLD in facial area is a leading way to improve dark circles, facial swelling and poor circulation tone and texture issues.

Lymphedema Prevention
When the normal flow of lymph is seriously interrupted (by medical treatment, infection, cancer treatments, surgeries, or health or medical conditions), you could end up with lymphedema, which causes major swelling in one or more limbs. Compression therapy is typically used to prevent lymphedema, but lymphatic massage can also greatly help reduce swelling and prevent lymphedema from getting worse.

Reduction of Swelling in the Legs
Often, poor leg circulation is automatically chalked up to poor vein health. However, it could you the lymph nodes in your legs – and not just your veins – that are the culprit.

Post op
Lymph massages have been known to stimulate healing and regenerate tissue at a scar site after surgery. In addition, it can detoxify the body and reduce swelling – both issues which are usually experienced after surgery.

2022 marks 30 years that I have been in practice in holistic care. I have well over 30,000 hours in assessment and treatment of the human body and all of its systems. If you need to feel better come see me.

I have taken the last few years to reflect on my knowledge and how I want to use it. My book on human physiology, biology, sexuality and spirituality is well under way :)

I am so thankful I can truly say I love my life's work and I hope some of you even if this reaches 1 of you that is in pain and looking for an answer.
