Took a trip up north to Bellingham, starting my work learning about how to treat Scar Tissue Release Training with MSTR. (Phase 1)

My instructor Lise was Amazing!!! She opened my mind up to new thought patterns and gave insight how beneficial this work is. I’m excited to dive deeper into this work. Thank you Lise for pouring into us today and not canceling 😅. Truly Appreciate you 🫶🏾

Thank you to Vera 🫶🏾 for allowing me to practice on you and provide feedback. It was a joy meeting you as well.

Overall, the toolbox continues to grow and thank you to the clients who sparked my curiosity with learning new things.

Closed out the month of January learning and working alongside some dope massage therapists at The Bodywork Playbook course working with athletes preparing for the NFL combine in Austin, Texas.

The instructors &
were so fun and knowledgeable to learn from. I learned so much from the both of them and their unique approaches to the body. Thank you both for sharing your experiences, your game and techniques. And reminding us it’s okay to Pivot when needed.

To my classmates, I truly enjoyed meeting each of you, so glad our paths crossed and looking forward to seeing y’all in the future.

The beautiful thing about this journey I’m on is the amazing people you meet.

“When the student is ready the master will appear”

Started out 2026 learning from the one and only James Walaski in his 5 day intensive training course in Peoria, AZ. The course was amazing, in depth and it was nice to share this experience with likeminded therapists.

Reminding us to continue to stay curious and to keep learning as much as we can!

Traveling and taking courses it’s always business but this time we carve out time to celebrate our birthdays! #33 & #36 and so glad we did 🥳
