But that does not mean music can’t be a powerful mental health tool.
I’m Dr. Phebe, and today’s tip is simple.
Make yourself two playlists:
✨ One that calms your nervous system on stressful days
✨ One that gives you energy and motivation when you need it most
Music shifts the brain.
It can slow your heart rate, regulate your breath, and move stuck emotions.
So yes, keep going. Turn it up. Shake a little something.
Your mind and body will thank you.
