✨There is a new wave of healers emerging. And it’s powerful.

I was channeling with my off-planet family recently, and they were very clear... more people are about to wake up to non-traditional healing in a major way.

Not slowly, but in waves.

I believe it's because there will be some incredible holistic breakthroughs surfacing soon.

People are realizing their body isn’t broken — it’s actually super intelligent. It responds to the highest intentions, frequencies, and light.

And as more people are realizing the next level of medical advancement, they are also shifting their level of consciousness, ultimately bringing in more light and healing frequencies onto our planet.

What this is doing is collectively raising the vibration and unlocking more immediate downloads of holistic healers.

It's kind of like that initial aw-ha moment you get when something brilliant comes through to you.

One I too personally experienced that unlocked my ability to multidimensional healing literally over night.

A moment I will never forget.

It was pure, impactiful and instant.

If you think of it like a muscle, the more you flex it, the stronger it becomes. Holistic healing will ultimately expand beyond any limitations of what we ever believed we were ever capable of.

We are entering very exciting times.

✨Your intentions are everything...

This weekend my husband took me to an amazing restaurant for my birthday. Before blowing out my 41st birthday candle, I took a moment to set a real intention.

When I close my eyes, I let myself actually feel my wish through my whole body — not just think about it, but see it, sense it, and envision it dissolve into me.

IMO I think this is something we don't do enough. We live in a world where we must move fast, multitask, and we end up rushing through moments that are INCREDIBLY POWERFUL!💥

Setting an intention isn’t about saying the right words. It’s about slowing down long enough to fully take it into your body, heart, and mind.

REMINDER: 😉 You don’t need a birthday candle to do this.

This morning’s channeled message… after getting the kids to school, I slowed my body down, pulled cards for each month of the year, and listened to my guides.

Then I pulled my theme card for 2026.

🍂✨ Fall Equinox Is Here! ✨🍂

Today we arrive at the sacred balance of light and dark—where the Earth mirrors what lives inside each of us.

We often celebrate the light, but the truth is: without the dark, there is no discovery. The dark reveals what we’ve hidden, what we’re ready to release, and what parts of ourselves need compassion.
