A couple weeks ago I hosted a small local coffee shop meetup with a few women from my community. There were maybe 10 of us… and it was pure fire.

One woman asked me,
“How do you know what message to share for each person when you’re reading in a group?”

And I told her the truth.

I simply look at you. I feel your energy. And I listen.
Your helpers, angels, and guides speak clearly.

I don’t overthink it—I tune in and share what comes through, exactly as it’s meant to.

What I didn’t say in that moment is this:

One of the questions I get asked most is how I keep my energy high and my frequency clear for client sessions.

The truth is simple: life flows better when your energy is steady. When you’re tired, everything feels blurry… and if you're like me, I get a little grumpy if I'm tired. 😅

Here are three things I do consistently:

✨ Electrolytes + water.
Your body burns through minerals faster when you’re intuitive and energetically engaged. Water conducts intuition. Hydration matters more than most people realize.

✨ Heart-center light expansion.
I take a few seconds, close my eyes, and imagine my heart glowing and expanding through my body and beyond my aura. Everything clears. Energy amplifies. Quick and easy... done.

✨ Stay in the moment.
Overthinking what’s next drains energy fast. Being fully present—breathing, listening, engaging—restores it just as fast.

That’s it. Simple. Effective. Real.

🍂✨ Fall Equinox Is Here! ✨🍂

Today we arrive at the sacred balance of light and dark—where the Earth mirrors what lives inside each of us.

We often celebrate the light, but the truth is: without the dark, there is no discovery. The dark reveals what we’ve hidden, what we’re ready to release, and what parts of ourselves need compassion. The light shows us clarity, growth, and expansion. Together, they create the wholeness of who we are.
