🍂✨ Fall Equinox Is Here! ✨🍂

Today we arrive at the sacred balance of light and dark—where the Earth mirrors what lives inside each of us.

We often celebrate the light, but the truth is: without the dark, there is no discovery. The dark reveals what we’ve hidden, what we’re ready to release, and what parts of ourselves need compassion. The light shows us clarity, growth, and expansion. Together, they create the wholeness of who we are.

This is the invitation of the Fall Equinox:

✨Your energy isn’t always in your body.

It might be hovering above you… trailing behind you… or even sitting three feet in front of your chest.
