Starter pack for 3 months of a 4 week membership of 1 hour seated group fitness classes, Participants have the option to either sit or stand. In this class we will focus on functional strength, balance and flexibility through the use of body weight exercises, resistance bands and light dumbbells.

Coming late June 23rd we start our new Night Time class schedule with a little more intense action. This class will focus mostly on the core and lower body. We have two classes scheduled at 4 and 6. Remember space is limited so book early!!
