What's lunch today for you? I had Noodle, Cabbage Tofu soup.

Are noodles good or bad?

Neither... it depends on what you need for yourself. It's a good carb source and you can find some pretty good noodles that are even high in protein. I like the quinoa noodles or a brand called "Nona Lim". They have tons of protein and they are very filling.

You need carbs! Don't be scared to eat them. Something to help your body use the extra blood sugar after eating carbs would be moving afterward. Plan to get up and do something after eating them and that'll help a lot!

Dips!

A great Regressed version of bodyweight dips. This is something that can be easily done at home.

To make it harder: Try to dip lower and keep your legs straight.

To make it easier: Bend the knees a little bit and make the dip bars lower to the floor.

Welcome to Organically Grown Muscle! We are a unique fitness center dedicated to helping adults, primarily women aged 35 to 65, improve their overall well-being. Our Story

The term β€œorganically grown muscle” came to me as I was wandering the grocery store isles one day. I was reflecting on my journey within the fitness industry, wondering why parts of it had felt like such a struggle. I often felt as though I was swimming upstream with many of my concepts and methods. Most of my colleagues and people I look up to in the industry were selling their loyal customers unnecessary and even dangerous supplements to achieve quick results. I looked down at my cart and saw all the organically grown food! I knew instantly that this was the concept I wanted to move forward with. I want to share my understanding that real, lasting results can be achieved over time with dedication, using food to fuel your body. no harmful powders or gimmicks.

OG Muscle is here to provide sustainable, functional training that translates into your everyday life. My goal is to teach you the tools you need to achieve your best self without selling you supplements or putting you on a fad diet. We work to help older adults, seniors, & people who have had injuries in the past get back to where they want physcially and emotionally. The benefits it has on mental health such as: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Insomnia. Even physically it can help prevent and even reverse common ailments like type 2 diabetes, stroke and obesity! When you couple whole plant-based nutrition together, the opportunities are endless!
