Happy Fall! Mindset's intensive outpatient program is now in-network with Aetna. Here is a current list of our health insurance partners: Aetna, First Choice, TriWest, Cigna, and Regence. We anticipate being in network with more plans shortly after the new year.

We are credentialed and pending contracting with the other major commercial plans and WA state Medicaid managed care organizations. Stay tuned!

Mindset has added a second program- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday afternoons from 2:00-5:00. Please help us pass the word that we are growing and have immediate availability. We are now able to work with most major commercial health insurance plans. We continue to have good clinical outcomes and are building a terrific community.

Excited to share some updates from Mindset. We extend a warm welcome to Nic Hansford and Luke Northstrom who are providing recovery coach, peer support, community liaison, and other valuable office management tasks for our program.

Mindset extends a warm welcome to Dr. Devin Shoquist! Dr. Shoquist has devoted his career to improving the mental health of our military members, their families, and the Gig Harbor/Tacoma community. He is a US Navy Veteran and has had a successful private practice for many years, providing medication management and therapy. An extremely skilled clinician, he helps people improve their quality of life and tackle complex life challenges. We are glad to have him as one of our team members.
