We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in addiction recovery.

Clinic Hours: Mon.-Fri. | 6:00AM – 3:00PM
Dosing Hours: Mon. - Fri. | 6:00AM – 2:00PM

🩸 Community Blood Drive – Monday, January 26 | 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Our community’s blood supply is at a critical low. Local inventory has dropped from about 5,200 units last year to just 2,200 units today, forcing emergency blood imports from out of state. The need is urgent—especially for O-positive and O-negative donors—but all blood types are needed.

A single donation takes about an hour and can save up to three lives. Trauma patients, surgery patients, mothers in childbirth, and those undergoing ongoing treatments are counting on us.
