Please check our class schedule on the app or website for class availability + updates, we will close the studio on Dec 31, just before the 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓’𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 (don’t forget to sign up! 🌟🎉). This 75-minute 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒀𝒊𝒏 & 𝒀𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 weaves slow, grounding Yin postures with warming, steady Yang movement—inviting balance between effort and ease.
