Perfect example of how lip filler should be a step approach and take time. To achieve these looks in a realistic fashion this client went from nothing to 4 ml or 4 syringes( from the top picture down ) . Many of my clients (including myself) opt for a more natural approach in a conservative fashion. However , for those that desire this certain look as an educator I think it’s important to empower you with knowledge on the approach to this as well as the financial expectation. Each syringe of filler cost on average 650-750 dollars per syringe and it can last anywhere from 6 months to 12 months without needing a touch up (varies depending on individual persons metabolism ).
🚨🚨🚨This look cost roughly $3000K dollars and would take up to 12 weeks to acheive and is a challenge to maintain the look and consistency depending on filler degredation.
Lip filler isn’t built in one session — it’s earned over time.
After 10 years of practice, this is one of the biggest mistakes I still see:
trying to create final height in a single appointment.
Long-term lip building is about tissue respect, not filler quantity.
Every session should assess elasticity, rebound, hydration, and how the product from the last treatment has integrated. If the tissue isn’t ready, you pause. If it is, you progress.
Healthy gaps between sessions allow inflammation to settle, collagen to adapt, and the filler to stabilise within the correct plane. That’s how lips stay soft, mobile, and structured — instead of stiff, heavy, or migratory.
When you rush volume, the tissue remembers it.
When you build slowly, the shape holds.
This is how you achieve lips that look better six months later, not just six days later.
