Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow… which means 6 more weeks of winter ❄️

And while winter can be cozy, longer days of gray, cold, and staying indoors can also take a toll on our mental health. If you’ve been feeling a little heavier, more tired, or just off lately—you’re not alone. This time of year can be especially hard for those experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

The good news? Talking about it helps. Support helps. And you don’t have to push through it by yourself. 💬💛

We’re always accepting new clients, and we’re here to help you navigate the winter months—shadow or no shadow.

If winter has been weighing on you, this might be your sign to reach out. 🌤️
