Did you know that tight clothing can restrict your diaphragm — the muscle responsible for about 80% of your breathing? When your waistband squeezes your midsection, it limits how deeply you can inhale, which can increase tension and reduce oxygen flow.

So yes — today is absolutely a stretchy pants day.
