Just to clarify ... I really haven't used FB recently. I check in every now and then but I find it is not healthy for me to spend too much time in this capacity. No judgement .. I know it is a good way to reach out to communities we want to be part of. I do hope to shine a light through this post during what is a difficult time for many of us. These postings will not be political .. rather, a way to rise above this immediate physical existence and connect in a more heart felt truth of spirit.

CIRCLE OF LIGHT

These are trying times for many of us. I find solace when I connect to my higher self, shine my light for those close to me and to places that need us to intentionally direct our shine.

Calling on anyone interesting in joining me again. Let’s connect through our hearts and light and see how we might gather as a group.

I would also like to provide a training on how to access our energy centers (chakras) and how those centers relate to our mental and physical well being and understand our place on the planet at this time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. At 3:43am I entered my 73rd year. I’ve completed 72 trips around the sun. My o my! What a blessed journey I am on. For seventy-two years I have awakened to the sun radiating light onto this planet earth.
As a young person I wondered what it would be like to drive a car, have a job …. Even marry and have children. I was able to experience all of this. Lucky me.. My children are still in my life and on their own journeys of exploration.
I begin this day of gratitude and celebration with such appreciation for the life I am living. There has been lots of joy, many tears – and oh, everything. I’ve been able to experience everything. All of it. Thank you, thank you.
When younger I also wondered what it would feel like to grow old. Now I get to find out. I’m experiencing life in an aging body with the wisdom of so, so much life.
So …. Bring it on. Bring on as many trips around the sun as this body can withstand. I embrace the dance. I embrace this life.

HOW THE LIGHT GETS IN ...
CHANGE IS DIFFICULT. Change is exciting. Change is here. We all feel it. The light we share and walk in can make all the difference in how we face this change. I hear all the time ‘just waiting to get back to normal”. Is that really what we want? And just what is that normal? To contribute to the change/shift is a commitment to Feed the Field by connecting with our heart … and radiating the love and light we find, feel there. Radiating this light into the collective, the field and breathing in that connectedness to ALL is the way we can, together, change some of the patterns in our world that no longer serve us.

So drop from from your mind into your heart … and breathe in … and out. More slowly and deeper than usual. Breathe in light/love .. Breathe out light/love/compassion. Feel the emotion of a time you were that love/light [it’s a common memory we all share] and fill your body and the energy field around it with that same emotion. To your tippy toes, past your beautiful fingers and into the magnetic field that surrounds just you. When people are near and you are feeling that light/love – that is how they will experience you. And when you feel broken or cracked just remember, that’s how the light gets in [and also radiates] out.
