Transformational Healing has been my path my whole life. I think I was born to go through everything I stepped into in order to learn the art of living with changes.

Change is not about one thing its about everything. In order to change we have to be able to adapt, to accept when things are needing to change, the willingness to say yes to the changes and letting go so our next selves can become.

Like a Butterfly in it's chrysalis the getting into our imaginal cells is not painless...it is often a calling. When it becomes more painful to not change, then the pain of actual change becomes easier to embrace.

Life is full of these moments and we are at times at it's mercy, or at the door of great moment to step and even to leap forward on our paths. When the door opens to usher us forward shall we sore into a new future or sit and hold onto the past hoping it will carry us on.

As we contemplate the the current world, it's economy, it's political upheaval and the governance of a nation in unrest. This has all of us questioning the changes. Where are we going in the face of it all.

I was guided to return to a practice this last week and decided to officially start it today. This is a powerful practice we commit to do for a year and a day. It's a Daily Ritual that embraces daily changes and allows us to be guided and supported by our own divinity in the process.

You can add your own focus on other practices, working with water for instance. One of my favorite things to pray for and with daily.

Repeat this daily for 1 year and a Day that is 13 moons and a Day....The harmonic energy with the moon is magical and embrace the practice together...

Lets GO, Lets SORE, Lets Change Together, As Fall and Spring are Upon us now and this is a perfect time to begin a change!
