As we gather today, we’re reminded of how much there is to be grateful for. Especially the quiet, everyday ways our bodies show up for us.
Whether you walked the neighborhood this morning, stretched before cooking, or laced up for a Thanksgiving 5K 🏃♀️🦃… your body supported you! Not perfectly, not always comfortably, but consistently. And that deserves appreciation. ❤️
Today, I invite you to pause and notice:
✨ What did your body make possible for you this year?
✨ What strength has it shown, even in hard moments?
✨ What small movement or breath can you be thankful for today?
Gratitude doesn’t require perfection. It just asks us to honor the pieces of ourselves that keep going. Physically, emotionally, and mentally.
