Sound Healing is rapidly being accepted as a main stream modality to calm the mind and bring harmony into the body.
I am so grateful to be a part of this movement!
Thank you FSU Division of Student Affairs for being a pioneer and supporting your students well being.
One participant shared with me that she had been waking up to feeling like her heart was racing every day and during our sound bath, felt peace for the first time in weeks.
This is why I share sound and will continue to get sound to as many as I can.

Growth happens when we create safety in the body.
Sound healing supports us to come home to the body.
When the body leads, an over active mind will follow.
By coming home to the body, we create a coherent energetic field and a nervous system that is in a “rest” state.
The body becomes a safe place for healing. ❤️‍🩹
Come home to the body and meet yourself in the soundscape.

That was a weekend for the books! My heart is full.
I hope that you all have a lovely holiday week.
Our next event is Flourish & Thrive on December 6th from 6-9pm. This is a workshop with Breathwork and Sound Healing where I’m joined by my sister of the heart, Luce of Alchemy Healing Arts

And then on December 7th and 21st we have our regularly scheduled Sunday Sound Baths from 2-3:30pm at Journeys In Yoga_Tallahassee

We are back at Energetic Life Association on December 14th from 2-4pm for our Sound & Light event.

Be sure to register for our much anticipated event on December 20th at St John's Episcopal Church, Tallahassee FL
where I am joined by Kiera Hanselman and Lydia Riedell
for our Advent Sound Bath. This is a community event and all are welcome. Free childcare is provided upon registration.

Ever wonder how sound healers get everything to our events?
This is how we DO IT.
It's a labor of love and hours are spent carefully packing, loading, unloading and unpacking to set up for our events.
An hour event is really a three hour event for us.
And I believe I speak for all of us when I say-this is a labor of love that is well worth it because it's a mission that keeps propelling us forward on our paths.
