Join us on Saturday, December 20 at 5:30 PM for a peaceful evening with Sound Resonance, a trio of sound healing practitioners dedicated to creating harmony and well-being through the power of sound. In the midst of Advent’s busy pace, come rest in an oasis of calm as together we wait in the darkness for the coming light.

What to Expect
Settle in for deep relaxation. There’s nothing you need to “do”—simply arrive with openness and curiosity. If you are hearing-impaired, please let us know at check-in so we can seat you where you’ll experience the sounds most fully.

Arrival
Please arrive early. Doors open at 5:30 PM, giving you time to get settled. Doors will close promptly at 6:00 PM to preserve the experience for all participants.

What to Bring
Dress comfortably and bring anything that helps you feel cozy: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and warm socks. The floor of Alfriend Hall is quite firm, so consider extra cushioning or thicker blankets. If lying down for an extended period is challenging, you’re welcome to bring a chair that suits your needs.

That was a weekend for the books! My heart is full.
I hope that you all have a lovely holiday week.
Our next event is Flourish & Thrive on December 6th from 6-9pm. This is a workshop with Breathwork and Sound Healing where I’m joined by my sister of the heart, Luce of Alchemy Healing Arts

And then on December 7th and 21st we have our regularly scheduled Sunday Sound Baths from 2-3:30pm at Journeys In Yoga_Tallahassee

We are back at Energetic Life Association on December 14th from 2-4pm for our Sound & Light event.

Ever wonder how sound healers get everything to our events?
This is how we DO IT.
It's a labor of love and hours are spent carefully packing, loading, unloading and unpacking to set up for our events.
An hour event is really a three hour event for us.
And I believe I speak for all of us when I say-this is a labor of love that is well worth it because it's a mission that keeps propelling us forward on our paths.

COMMUNITY SOUND BATH

This free event is open to all—come as you are to relax, receive the healing power of sound and connect in community. This is a heartfelt offering of love, unity and restoration for everyone.

Our intention is to create a welcoming, peaceful space where you can be held in sound, supported by nature and surrounded by a spirit of togetherness.
We are blessed to have special out of town guests this month bringing their HandPans!
Come recharge your body and soul in the serene outdoor setting.

Please bring something comfortable to rest on—such as a yoga mat, blanket or folding chair.

A heartfelt thank you to Unity Church for graciously hosting us. Nestled on 23 acres of lush land, Unity offers a beautiful natural setting. After the sound bath, feel free to stay and walk the peaceful meditation labyrinth in the woods.

💖Gratitude Post💖

I woke up feeling so grateful and because I believe gratitude is an action, wanted to share my heart with you all.
These practices and modalities that I share-sound & somatics-led me back to my body and has been my path to self love and acceptance.
Through sound, somatics, breath and voice I have learned to come home to my body and be a more peaceful presence for myself, my son and my community.
And that is why I share sound.
When I first began sharing sound in Tallahassee, I was new to the area. You all shared my events and trusted me and that is how this movement began.
Sound Resonance has grown by word of mouth and a lot of prayer and persistence. I call it grass roots sound because it has been a feet on the ground movement.
A revolution.
We are all coming together and learning to be in community and unity consciousness, healing as one. That’s a revolution.
So today, I say
Thank you.
Thank you for supporting me.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for being witness to my rise and refinement as a sound practioner.
Thank you for speaking love into me and into this movement.
May we continue to support each other and recognize that we truly are all in this together.
