Sometimes you have to tell your patients no.

Honesty matters, because quick fixes are not always the answer.

This patient came in wanting filler for overall facial improvement. After assessing her facial structure and skin quality, I recommended against starting there. Filler has its place, but it was not the right first step for her.

With more mature skin and structural changes, filler alone can sometimes create heaviness instead of true rejuvenation. What she needed was collagen support and foundational restoration.

So we chose Sculptra, a treatment that works with her body to gradually rebuild what’s been lost.

Why this approach works:
• Restores structure instead of masking volume loss

Travel volleyball season is officially here 🏐✈️ and let’s just say… my skin does NOT love these random hotels!

About a month ago I had a breakout after traveling. Probably a reaction to hotel sheets and towels. That breakout turned into post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially along my jawline and lower face.

So on Sunday, I decided to practice what I preach and did a VI Peel to calm the breakouts and target the hyperpigmentation.

Today is Peel Day 2 and this peel is doing exactly what it needs to do!🙌🏾

The first video was today at 10am… the second one isn’t even two hours later. The shedding is real!
