WHAT IS A KIDPRENEUR?

A Kidpreneur is a kid with a big idea. This summer, ELC of the Big Bend invites children aged 8-12 to join our 5-week summer business program.
By choosing from one of our four business ideas, ELC will provide Kidpreneurs with supplies, instructions, and support to make their summer business a success!

We'll also have evening in-person family engagement workshops every week throughout July to keep everyone on track.

Our program finale will include a Marketplace for Kidpreneurs to sell the products they created throughout the summer and an Awards Dinner to celebrate their accomplishments!

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-12 years old
- A resident of Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, or Wakulla County.

Please note: Kidpreneur is a not a summer camp and requires caregiver participation.

If your child has participated as a Kidpreneur for two or more years, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying again this year. We aim to provide other children with the chance to take part in this opportunity.
