Rachel H. Tribble, LCSW, PMH-C

Rachel H. Tribble, LCSW, PMH-C Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving Florida Residents. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I am so glad you are here!

I hold degrees as both Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW), Clinical Concentration, from Florida State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Worker (FL), and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Heath Provider. I firmly believe that superior mental health services should be available to everyone, and aim to create a safe space for clients, free of judgement, while they work through their life's journey. My personal and professional experiences have led me to help others. This is truly my calling and I welcome this opportunity of contributing to individuals in my community because of the joy of service to others. I am available for both face to face & telehealth sessions. I am able to see clients who reside anywhere in Florida. Due to the nature of this work, text or email is typically the most effective way to get in touch.

A maternal mental health support group gives mothers a safe place to talk openly about things like postpartum depression, anxiety, mom guilt, or the emotional impact of birth or loss. Hearing other mothers share similar struggles can reduce isolation, provide practical coping ideas, and remind you that your feelings are valid and understood. 💛

The is planning upcoming maternal mental health support groups for pregnant and new moms, and we’d love your input on topics!

Anything that’s been feeling heavy, confusing, or just… exhausting...anxiety, overwhelm, guilt, identity shifts, relationship changes, or the mental load of motherhood. Big things, small things, everything in between.

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day! 🇺🇸

Today, I’m excited to spotlight one of my favorite Veterans- and a fellow Mom Village Support Professional.

✨ Meet Rebecca Goff, APRN, IBCLC ✨
⚓️ Navy Veteran
👩‍⚕️ Owner of Space Coast Lactation
💙 (And my big sister!)

Rebecca has been called to serve in every aspect of her life-from her own military service in the Navy Nurse Corps, to supporting her spouse during their career military service, to caring for military families AND civilians in her many roles as Nurse, APRN, IBCLC, and, of course, within her own family.

Military families face unique challenges, and Rebecca has truly lived them. She has always been my biggest champion AND emotional support human- helping me navigate so many lactation needs over the years:
💫 Quickly suppressing lactation during periods of grief and loss
💫 Supporting me through my challenges with a biter
💫 Encouraging my extended breastfeeding journeys

💛 Thank you, Rebecca, for your years of service to your country, your family, and your community… and for continuing to support Military Families AND Civilians alike.

Today is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day.
Giving space for babies who could not stay, but left footprints on our hearts forever.
We are wrapping up the Wave of Light in Eastern Standard Time...(and if you didn't make it in time, give yourself grace and light one when you can)
If you would like to share a name or nickname of a baby you love that left too soon, I would love to hear it.
My candle is lit for Hope Adele

To the Florida State University Community:

As an FSU alum, my heart is especially heavy in the wake of the recent tragedy on campus.

This university is a family. And right now, many in our FSU family are hurting.

In response, The University and local community have provided and outlined a number of resources.

In order to care for the community that I have called home for 25 years, I would like to offer low or no-cost therapy sessions to FSU students, faculty, and staff who have been affected by this tragedy, are in need of support. I am an army of one, so this will be available on a first come, first serve basis, as space and scheduling allows.

I’m here ...in Tallahassee.
I provide both in-person sessions at my office in Tallahassee, as well as telehealth services for those located in the state of Florida.

You don’t have to go through this alone. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space to begin healing.

Please reach out via email at rachel@rtribblecounseling.com for more information.

When one has experienced a difficult childhood or overcome numerous obstacles and adversity, it can make it difficult to fully accept joy and positive things that come their way.

That is one way the brain lies to us: we are so used to surviving, we are hesitant to thrive. It tells us that the rug will likely be pulled out from under us at any moment, so allowing ourselves to feel hope, joy or excitement is bound to lead to disappointment.

As we enter 2025, I hope you learn to allow yourself to experience happiness. To look inside, and work towards healing the wounds and negative thought loops that make you feel like you are deserve a life that is anything less than extraordinary.
