So what exactly is Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression?

Here’s a simple way to picture it: imagine your spine as a stack of donuts (the discs) with jelly in the middle. Over time, some of that jelly can get squeezed out, pressing on nerves and causing back or leg pain. Spinal decompression uses a special motorized table to slowly and carefully pull on your back, creating space between the bones. This gentle stretch can help the discs move back into place and improve blood flow, which may help them heal.

It doesn’t involve surgery, needles, or medications—people just lie on the machine for about 28 minutes while it does the work. This is an effective treatment for sciatica, bulging discs, herniated discs, chronic low back pain and more.
