Threads Worldwide partners with artisans in the developing world paying them a fair wage and ensuring they have a market here in the US to sell their goods

Threads provides lift-changing work for women all around the world through the fair trade of artisan jewelry. This provides these women with an opportunity to better their lives which they otherwise would not have. Threads allows these women to send their children to school, provide smokeless stoves and clean drinking water for their families, be rescued from sex trafficking, remain in their remote villages while earning an income, provide jobs for HIV+/AIDS women and for deaf women. This is truly life-changing work for ALL of us. This is my portal to share artisan stories, feature special pieces and keep you all connected (as Threads) to the world that surrounds us.
