Dear Friends, Family and Clients,

During this period of Social Distancing I have had time to reflect and gain a new perspective on how I want to structure my future. I have come to the conclusion not to reopen my practice.

I would like to say that, for those of you who have patronized my business, I have immensely enjoyed working with all of you. I feel that we have developed bonds that will last a lifetime. There are a few of you that I have known since my first year in this business. Some of you came along a little later in my career and a few that I met in just the past year or two. To all of you, I say, thank you for the trust and confidence you have expressed in me and my abilities. Thank you for sticking with me when the going got rough in my life. I can’t tell you how much that has meant to me.

For the future, I am grateful to be able to spend more time with Mom in this final phase of her life. I look forward to experiencing fun with Carter, my beautiful little granddaughter, with my daughter, Sarah, who has become a quite capable mother in her own right. And I look forward to spending more quality time with my wonderful wife, Jackie. Maybe I can get a few of those Honey-Do things done now. I’m not kidding. It will be nice to help sustain our household; to keep it running more efficiently, to make our lives a bit easier.

Thank you to all of you. I am deeply grateful for your support through all of these years.

Fascinating! I forget just how much space the tongue takes up in the mouth. Look how much motion there is through the whole mouth, throat and the palate to form words. Fascinating!

This is a great illustration of the sublime complexity of the pelvic diaphragm. Imagine the interplay and coordination between all of these layers of muscles and tissues.

Leah Wrobel and I will be teaching two collaborative workshops over the next two months. On September 24th we will repeat the ever popular Pelvic Health & Awareness class. On October 15th we will collaborate on a shoulder workshop entitled Reach for the Stars Freeing the Shoulders. These workshops will weave yoga and Feldenkrais Method into a fine tapestry of movement, awareness and control. Massage Therapists are eligible for 5 CEUs for each workshop.
