The Patients First North Monroe urgent care facility, located at 3258 N Monroe St in Tallahassee, Florida, will permanently close its doors at the end of business on Friday, April 3, 2026.

Beginning April 4, 2026, patients in need of follow-up care or phone consultations should use our nearby Lake Ella location at 1690 N Monroe St or call the Lake Ella clinic at 850-385-2222.
