Last week’s crystal light therapy, energy healing, and sound session was really special.

One of the things I noticed is how the three work together. The sound seems to deepen the crystal light therapy, which in turn amplifies the energy healing. It creates this natural flow where everything supports the other.

It almost feels like a triangle — each one strengthening the others.
Both sessions filled, and I’m really grateful.
