Healing takes time—but the results are worth it. 🦷✨

This post features a 4-image sequence of tooth #24 showing the full healing journey:
• Pre-op radiograph (8/18/2025)
• Post-op radiograph (9/24/2025)
• First recall (10/15/2025)
• Final recall (3/24/2026)

The final radiograph demonstrates complete healing of the mid-root radiolucency and a healthy, stable outcome. 📸

Cases like this highlight the importance of proper diagnosis, careful treatment, and follow-up over time. Healing doesn’t happen overnight—but with the right care, it absolutely happens.

Patient presents with possible root fracture. No fracture located under microscopic vision. After treatment, all of their symptoms resolved. The recall scan taken a little over a year later and the lateral lesion has healed!!

Tooth #2, Previously treated. The patient was told to have the tooth extracted due to failure of RCT. Patient was referred to us for a second opinion, they did not want to lose their tooth! Dr. Simon recommended a retreatment.

A 32 year old man presented with a 12mm X 15mm apical rarefaction. Clinically he had an indurated swelling, severe percussion discomfort and class I mobility. We determined that the source of the abscess was coming from #7 and also determined that tooth #8, despite it being percussion positive, had a normal healthy vital pulp. The treatment plan was to instrument #7, medicate it and later obturate the tooth. The tooth was severely calcified. The patient was informed of his options and proceeded with treatment. A recall image was taken today after 6 months. Tooth #8 has remained vital. We are proud of the service we provided for this patient.
