Nothing brings people together like good food and shared creativity! 🍪

We enjoyed a wonderful chef-led demonstration that highlighted the creativity and skill in our scratch-cook kitchen. After watching the magic happen, we rolled up our sleeves and decorated our own gingerbread cookies—tasting our masterpieces was the sweetest reward!

Our series took us on a trip to Hawaii today—without ever leaving class! 🌺💃
During Cardio Dance 3, we learned Hawaiian dance steps that had us moving, smiling, and celebrating the beauty of island traditions.

As part of our "Explore Culture" series, now celebrating Hawaii, we hosted a luau for our community. Our talented dining team prepared tasty island favorites like Kahlua pig, Huli Huli chicken, and pineapple upside-down cake, among others.

It was a wonderful chance to learn about their delicious cuisine, explore their culture, and enjoy a day in the islands, right from our home. 💙

Local artist Laura Nicole led us through a step-by-step succulent painting session, and we all added our own creative touch—the results were as unique as the artists themselves!

With a paintbrush in one hand and a glass of wine in the other, we found joy, relaxation, and a sense of purpose in every stroke. 💙

We were thrilled to welcome Crystal Johnson from Keiser to introduce the Keiser STEP program at Westminster Oaks! 💪🌟

Some of the key takeaways from her presentation include that adaptation is possible at any age, training for power keeps our reflexes sharp, and strengthening all muscle qualities helps us stay independent and active in the activities we love.

The stars truly aligned for an unforgettable evening! ✨🔭

With help from the Tallahassee Astronomical Society, we made our way to the highest point on campus to take in the breathtaking beauty of the night sky. From the rooftop, we gazed through high-powered telescopes and marveled at the celestial wonders above The Oaks.

Experiences like this remind us how inspiring it is to keep exploring, learning, and living life to the fullest.
