We had a wonderful time this morning hosting students from W. T. Moore Elementary School for a Halloween Costume Parade!

Nearly 120 children paraded through our community, spreading joy, smiles, and lots of cheer, finishing at the Maguire Center for a quick rest and special treats.

This heart-warming event is a beautiful example of embracing and building connections that enrich our community! 🕸️🦇

Our Dining Director, Paul, delighted us with stories, skill, and a delicious demonstration. From the flaky crust to the creamy filling, it was a true showcase of our culinary team’s creativity and passion for fresh, flavorful food!

Halloween isn’t just about tricks and treats—it’s also a time to reflect on the stories that shaped our community. 🪦

Our visit to the Old City Cemetery in Tallahassee, dating back to 1829, guided by Barbara and the Florida Public Archaeology Network - North Central Region, was fascinating. We learned it holds a diverse cross-section of Tallahassee’s history, including governors, enslaved people, war veterans, and notable educational figures.

This deepened our appreciation for the lives that built our city. Learning something new keeps us active in both mind and spirit.

We’ve set the stage for Vegas nights to come! 🎰✨

As part of our Explore Culture series focused on the West Coast this quarter, we had an unforgettable Oaks Royale Vegas dining event!

From the Whole Roasted Cedar Plank Salmon to the custom pasta station, every bite was perfection. Add a chocolate torte... simply divine!

We’re grateful for the talented chefs who make every meal a reason to celebrate. Dining well and living well—just another day in our community! 💙

A swing toward wellness! ⛳️

As part of , we hosted a friendly putting tournament beneath the beautiful oak trees. Two couples went head-to-head on our newly remodeled putting green. Putting enhances focus, improves balance, and keeps us moving with purpose.

We are also very thankful to the Westminster Communities Foundation for our recently upgraded putting green—the perfect spot to focus on wellness!

Talk about elevating our experience! We made the exciting decision to go higher by taking a fantastic trip to Alchemy Climbing for !

What an absolute blast trying our hand at something new and different! Climbing challenged us, tested our skills, and gave us a truly unique and engaging form of exercise.

We don't just enjoy food. We get chef-prepared dining options that are healthy and made with care, allowing us to savor life at Westminster Oaks.
