✨ Preparing for Holiday Travel with a Social Story ✨

Holiday trips can be exciting—but for individuals with autism, they can also feel overwhelming. Social stories are a great way to help prepare for changes in routine and new experiences.

✅ What is a Social Story?
It’s a simple, visual and written guide that explains what will happen during the trip—step by step. This helps reduce anxiety and build confidence.

✅ Why It Helps:
• Sets clear expectations
• Provides predictability
• Supports coping strategies
