Join us for PT Day of Service this Saturday October 9th for an hour pilates/yoga class and/or beach clean up 🧘‍♀️⛱️

100% of proceeds from the yoga class go to UM's DOCS program (department of community service). This program provides medical care and screening to our the underserved members of our south Florida community.

Who: anyone & everyone! Bring your friends and family!
What: yoga/pilates class & beach clean-up
Where: south pointe beach, South Beach
When: 8-9am & 9-10am
Why: PT day service!! Benefits UM DOCS program

Bring a mat or towel for the class. 🧘‍♀️
Bring a bag/bucket and gloves 🪣
