It's Long Term Care Administrators Week, a time to celebrate the amazing administrators who dedicate themselves to enhancing the lives of our nation’s seniors. Meet Caroline Baez, Assistant Administrator at Aviata at The Bay, who began working as a home health aide at 17 to help pay for her education. While her initial goal was to become a lawyer, that experience gave her a deep passion for working with the elderly. Caroline shared that what inspires her most about healthcare is the idea that everyone—regardless of their role—has the power to make a meaningful difference.

In 2025, Caroline earned the FHCA Rising Long Term Care Leader Scholarship, which supports individuals in the Administrator in Training Program to prepare for becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
