Led by trained peer facilitators, our Fetal Diagnosis Support During Pregnancy support group is for expectant parents who have received a high-risk or potentially life-limiting fetal diagnosis and are continuing their pregnancy. These situations often involve overwhelming uncertainty and complex medical decisions. Whether you are continuing a pregnancy with a potentially life-limiting condition or pursuing treatment with unknown or complex outcomes, this group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to find connection and support. This group prioritizes emotional support, connection, and community throughout the pregnancy. We are here to support you with empathy and respect for your unique experience. You are not alone.

In response to the loss of SNAP benefits and the increased need within our community, we’re hosting an Emergency Food Distribution this Thursday, November 6th at 4PM at Governor’s Square Mall. We will be distributing fresh produce, frozen protein, bread, milk, and pantry staples, while supplies last.

Tallahassee Birth Services has curated an Advanced Labor Prep Intensive just for you! During the ONE DAY - 4 HOUR intensive, we will dive deep into labor prep and pain management with hands on training for you and your support person.

From anatomy review to navigating interventions, and breathing techniques to pushing methods - AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN - you will learn just about all you need to know to help you achieve a safe and empowering birth experience!

Next class is Wednesday August 6th 5pm-9pm

Investment is $250 for
Birthing Person + 1 Support Person
